Hello Glenn ! Maybe you refer to arms position which in lateral, descending and hemi-flexed movement determine the body elevation for breathing, like two big "levers" reached as far is possible and in internal rotation at the beginning of the stroke ? |

I think the forearms are an obvious lever, but I've stared at this picture since it was posted trying to figure out the back-half of the body. There's something that happens with the hips/thighs/legs, but I haven't been able to wrap my mind around it and figure it out. I think there are other levers besides just the forearms. |
