Butterfly!  Look for the levers in the body in this image.

When I say "levers," can you tell me what I'm talking about?

Hello Glenn ! Maybe you refer to arms position which in lateral, descending and hemi-flexed movement determine the body elevation for breathing, like two big "levers" reached as far is possible and in internal rotation at the beginning of the stroke ?

SIMPLY, THE HANDS POSITIONS LIKE LEVERS IN PLANE WING LEVERS

I think the forearms are an obvious lever, but I've stared at this picture since it was posted trying to figure out the back-half of the body. There's something that happens with the hips/thighs/legs, but I haven't been able to wrap my mind around it and figure it out. I think there are other levers besides just the forearms.

chest down,...butt up!!!

It seems to me that she has set the
arm levers with the pressed chest and the leg levers with her high hip position.
